Agreement to these terms

Lightning Laundry operates the website at https://lightninglaundryar.com (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, using its forms, or signing up for our messages, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the Site only. Services you receive in our stores, and any loyalty program, mobile app, or payment card we offer, may carry their own terms, which are provided where you sign up for them.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes: finding our locations and hours, learning about our services, contacting us, and signing up for our messages. You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone else's rights
• copy, scrape, or republish the Site's content or data without our written permission
• interfere with the Site's operation, probe its security, or attempt to gain access to accounts or systems you are not authorized to use
• submit false, misleading, or abusive information through any form on the Site

Prices, hours, and availability

Prices, hours, machine availability, and service descriptions on the Site are provided for your convenience and may change without notice. The price posted in the store and the terms we confirm with you at the time of service control. Lightning Laundry may correct errors on the Site at any time.

Forms, messages, and communications

When you use a form on the Site (for example the contact form, a pickup request, or a refund request) you agree to give accurate information so we can help you. We try to answer promptly, but a submission through the Site is not a confirmed order, appointment, or refund until we confirm it with you.

If you sign up for text messages or email from Lightning Laundry, that program is governed by our Privacy Policy (https://lightninglaundryar.com/privacy-policy-2/) and, for text messages, by the SMS Terms and Conditions below. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Lightning Laundry operates a text messaging program for Lightning Laundry (the "Program"). We send promotional text messages, such as offers, discounts, and store news, from Lightning Laundry to customers who opted in to marketing texts.

How you join the text program

You join the Program on a dedicated text message sign-up form at https://lightninglaundryar.com/rewards. That form exists only to collect text message consent. It is not part of checkout, account creation, or any purchase, and completing it is never required in order to buy anything or to receive any service.

Marketing consent is collected on its own separate, unchecked checkbox that applies only to promotional messages, and it is never bundled with any other consent. This consent is used for marketing messages only and is never used to send account, service, or transactional messages. No box is pre-checked, and no box is required.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll.

Replies may be generated by an automated AI assistant. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and we will connect you with our team.

Carriers and delivery

The Program is supported on most major United States mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Privacy of your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

Our content

The text, photos, logos, and design of the Site belong to Lightning Laundry or to the partners who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Links to other sites and services

No warranties
